HUE SURE? is provided by 22by7 Apps Studio. This policy explains how the game handles information.

Information collection

HUE SURE? version 1.0 does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with the developer. The game does not require an account and does not use analytics or advertising services.

Information stored on your device

The game may store gameplay preferences or best-score information locally on your device. This information is used only to provide game functionality and is not transmitted to 22by7 Apps Studio. It is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

Sharing a result

If you choose Share Result, HUE SURE? creates a result image on your device and opens Android's sharing panel. Nothing is shared until you choose a destination. Information sent to another app is handled under that app's privacy policy.

Device permissions

HUE SURE? does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or files. Temporary result images are created in the app's private cache.

Children's privacy

HUE SURE? is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Closed-test registration website

If you voluntarily join the HUE SURE? closed-test list through our website, the registration form collects the Google account email address you provide and whether you want to join or withdraw. This information is used only to manage the Google Play test and send testing instructions. Form responses are processed using Google Forms and are not collected by the HUE SURE? Android app.

You can withdraw at any time through the registration form or by contacting us. Tester registration responses will be deleted when they are no longer needed for the testing programme.

This policy may be updated when the game's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
